Adding ueberzugpp so alacritty/yazi can show image/pdf previews on niri.

Built with wayland only, x11 and opencv turned off since I don't need them and it keeps the dependency list smaller. Built and installed it locally, works fine.

Note for niri users: yazi doesn't detect niri as a wayland compositor yet, so it falls back to chafa. Setting SWAYSOCK to anything non-empty before launching yazi tricks it into picking ueberzugpp instead, and it renders properly. Not related to this package, just leaving it here since I had to figure it out.

Cleaner (without above env) is lf file manager - see Integration scripts at -> https://github.com/jstkdng/ueberzugpp/blob/master/scripts/lf/lfub

Yeah saw that one, still open. Figured it's fine to have it here too until that gets merged.

@plavpixel Fixed the commit message and cleaned up the branch history, should be a single commit now. Also confirmed it builds clean on musl and passes xlint.
